Bradley Downton F1 2011 Career Season 1[]
For his first season on F1 2011, Downton joined Williams. He clinched pole in a drying qualifying session at Australia for his first ever race and won it by an astounding 22 seconds on a drying track from Vitaly Petrov. Downton also claimed his first fastest lap and having led every lap, also claimed his first Grand Slam. He also became the youngest driver to take any of these at just 19 years old. Downton repeated this feat in Malaysia although he failed to lead one lap when he pitted earlier than the others after the first stint.
